Grant Full House Pubs Secure Access

Give Full House Pubs the access needed to update your website or Facebook Page—without sharing your passwords.

Never send us a password

Full House Pubs will never ask for your Facebook, WordPress, hosting or email password. Access should always be granted through the platform’s own invitation system, where you remain in control and can remove us at any time.

Grant access to your Facebook Page

Use Meta Business Suite to add Full House Pubs as a business partner. This keeps your personal Facebook login private.

  1. Sign in to Meta Business Settings.
  2. Open Partners, select Add, then choose Give a partner access to your assets.
  3. Enter the Full House Pubs Business Portfolio ID: 2045441596077513.
  4. Select the Facebook Page you want us to help manage.
  5. For routine posting, grant only the permissions agreed with us—normally Content and, if required, Insights. Messages, advertising and full control are not required unless separately agreed.
  6. Review the permissions and confirm the invitation.

Don’t use a Meta Business Portfolio? Contact us and we’ll guide you through Meta’s Page access option. We still will not need your password.

Grant access to your WordPress website

  1. Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Go to Users → Add New.
  3. Create a separate user for Full House Pubs using andy@fullhousepubs.co.uk.
  4. Choose the Editor role for content, page, menu and image updates.
  5. Keep the option to email the new user their account details enabled, then select Add New User.

Administrator access is only needed for specifically agreed technical work such as theme or plugin changes. We will explain why before asking for it. You can reduce or remove our access when the work is complete.

Using another website platform?

Tell us whether your site uses Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, another content-management system or a hosting provider. We’ll give you the correct collaborator-invitation steps for that platform. Please do not send login details by email, text or contact form.

You stay in control

  • You keep ownership of your website and Facebook Page.
  • We request only the permissions needed for the agreed work.
  • Access can be reviewed or removed by you at any time.
  • We will not publish, advertise or change settings outside the agreed service.
